Guanyin of Peace

In this outstanding piece, the artist employs Buddhist themes in a prayer for universal peace. Guanyin is gracefully descending from heaven onto the earth, bringing peace and luck to us all.

With a lotus in her right hand, she is bending her legs and sitting on an enormous lotus flower. Her eyes look downward, and her face bears a compassionate expression. The mysterious halo make the jade Guanyin more transparent and beautiful, and make people feel easy and comfortable.
